Moldovan government approves switching of ground from north Moldova village from Defence Ministry's management to settlement's property

Chisinau, 9 October /MOLDPRES/ - A ground of 16 hectares and the real estate placed on it will be transmitted from the property of the Defence Ministry to the one of the Lunga village, northern Floresti district. These assets are no longer used by the ministry according to the direct purpose, but the maintenance costs are high and progressive. In the context, the cabinet members ruled to transmit them, following a request by the mayoralty of the Lunga village, for the interest and development of the settlement, the government’s communication department has reported. 

Under the decision approved by the cabinet, the real estate will be used as dwelling and social objects. At the same time, the ground’s category and purpose will be changed from ground meant for industry, transports, telecommunications and with other special purposes into a ground in the build-up area of the settlement.
