Moldovan president at meetings with residents of Măgdăcești village

Chișinău, Oct 18 /MOLDPRES/- Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) candidate Maia Sandu met with residents of Măgdăcești village, Criuleni. Maia Sandu spoke about the infrastructure projects implemented in the district. The presidential candidate said "the inhabitants understand the benefits of closer ties with the European Union and are determined to make two good decisions for all of Moldova on Sunday."

Maia Sandu assured that she would continue to support local producers, as well as infrastructure investments.

"The entrepreneurs in the village confirmed how important the European market is for us, along with partnerships with EU exporters, and they appreciate the opening of this market for eggs and poultry from Moldova. We will continue to support our producers and to invest in infrastructure. In Criuleni district, 53 projects have already been completed, including the construction of over 30 km of water pipelines, the modernization of seven kindergartens and sports centers, the rehabilitation of the bridge near Hrușova, and providing the district hospital with modern equipment. On Sunday, we go to vote! For Criuleni, for Moldova!" Maia Sandu said.

Maia Sandu is running for the second term as President of the Republic of Moldova, nominated and supported by PAS. A total of 11 candidates are running in the presidential election. Currently, they are presenting their programs as part of the electoral campaign, which is ending today.

The presidential elections and the republican constitutional referendum will take place on 20 October.
