Moldovan Justice Ministry asks Vetting Commission to evaluate one more candidate for office of disciplinary College of judges

Chisinau, 15 November /MOLDPRES/ - The Justice Ministry has asked the Vetting Commission to evaluate one more candidate for the office of member of the disciplinary College of judges of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM).

According to the Commission, the candidate put forward for evaluation is lawyer Feodosia Tiscic. She was allowed to represent the civil society in the disciplinary College, following a contest organized by the Justice Ministry.

The CSM’s disciplinary College is made up of five judges and four civil society’s representatives. All candidates to positions in the two colleges of CSM pass through the process of evaluation of the integrity, held by the Vetting Commission.

The Vetting Commission has earlier informed that it evaluated all candidates for CSM and in the colleges subordinated to it.
